With the latest release 7.4.2 we reach a new dimension in customer communication: Complete integrations in the sense of the Unified Desktop strategy!

The most important new features at a glance:

Telephony/ACD
Everything on one interface - now with even more telephony!
The new integrative concept introduced with 7.4.0 in the summer will be further expanded with release 7.4.2.0.
Together with our partner Engelbart, the AVAYA telephony functionalities will in future be available to our customers directly in ReplyOne - font and telephony processing combined on one interface:
Smooth switching between channels, effective follow-up of calls, short response times - this motivates employees and keeps customers satisfied.

Knowledge management
Everything on one interface - now also with knowledge!
With the new full integration, the USU Knowledge Center can be used directly in ReplyOne. No more annoying switching between different browser tabs! This saves time and increases the effectiveness of processing: a further step towards relieving the workload of service teams through centralized access to questions and answers. This saves time and drastically increases processing and response quality.

Web extensions
Everything on one interface - now...simply everything!
The established and popular WebExtensions now offer individual integration options: Partner applications can be easily integrated configuratively and displayed in their own tabs. We are thus consistently pursuing the future-oriented development of ReplyOne towards a central communication solution. You will discover possibilities that were previously unimaginable - all for the benefit of your employees and customers.

For 7.4.2.0, we have also implemented various optimizations to support customizing, as well as various individual suggestions from our customers. In total, the new version contains over 150 improvements!
