A plea for trend-setting customer service.
On June 29, 2023, customers, interested parties and partners accepted the invitation to answers in the "Old Court" in Wiesbaden. Advocates of modern customer service came together to take today's communication in customer service to court in the truest sense of the word.
In the unique atmosphere of the historic jury courtroom, there was a plea for the future of customer service with theory, practice and discussion.
